I must make special mention of Kaduna, where I commissioned their CNG mass transit programme under Governor Uba Sani @ubasanius last year.
100 CNG-powered buses are providing free transportation on major routes across the State. In their first year of operation alone, the buses carried about 3.2 million passengers, saving commuters more than ₦3.5 billion in transport costs.
This is more of what we need to see at the subnational level.
The Federal Government under our administration is ready to support the subnationals and our citizens in this regard.
