Reading “Harvey Penick’s Little Red Book” I can’t help but notice what’s out of balance within our game. Today, Driver is definitely NOT the most difficult club to hit. The ability to hit driver everywhere with little risk may be as much the source of the problem as the ball.

After much deliberation and soul searching... I can officially state that my view of @pkcgc’s North Course is that; fully stretched and as a par 70 (with 15th & 5th as par 4’s) it is the best course in Australia. Certainly my favorite. #superb #sorryRM @OCCMGolf

It would bring amateurs even closer to the pros, the amateurs would have the option to play a ball that ALL the pros at @usopengolf play instead of just their favorites. I can’t see how that would be bad for sales, but I’m happy to be proven wrong.

Also goes without saying that all the other balls currently available are still made available to the public. We just have a set of elite balls that are used by the pros.
