🚨🗣️Lamine Yamal ahead of Barcelona's Champions League clash against PSG tomorrow.
🗣️“I heard Mendes wouldn't play. I don't think he's ever fit against me. (Laughs.)
“They're a great team with great players, and they have incredible quality. They're one of the best teams in the world, and that's why they won the Champions League for two years. We know what we're going up against, and we have to be ready for everything.
“We're a great team too, and we have the quality to beat them, so we'll see how it goes. These are the games every young player dreams of playing in. You want to test yourself against the best, and PSG have players who can punish you if you make even one mistake.
“I respect them, but we're not travelling there just to admire their quality. We're going there to compete, create chances, and win. Barcelona have our own identity, and if we play with confidence, move the ball quickly, and take our chances, we can hurt any team.
“Games like this are decided by small details. You have to stay focused for the full 90 minutes, because one moment can change everything. I'm excited, and I hope we give our fans a performance they can be proud of.”

🚨EXCLUSIVE: Manchester City owner SHEIKH MANSOUR demands 50 years in prison for RUI PINTO the whistleblower!
“I am demanding that Rui Pinto face the full force of the law for his alleged cybercrimes. If he is found guilty, he should face a prison sentence of up to 50 years where justified by law. People who commit cybercrime must be held accountable, regardless of who they target.
“We don’t care whether the final verdict goes for or against Manchester City. This is about justice, accountability and the rule of law. Nobody should be above the law, and we will not accept a system where people escape responsibility for criminal actions simply because they call themselves whistleblowers!”

🚨🎙️ Paul Merson on Chelsea’s 2–0 win over Everton:
🎤 Reporter: “Paul, Chelsea beat Everton 2–0 at Goodison Park, with Pedro Neto scoring both goals. Do you think Chelsea are genuine contenders for the Premier League this season?”
🗣️ Paul Merson:
“Honestly, I still have my doubts about Chelsea. People will look at the 2–0 scoreline and say they’ve turned a corner, but I’m not getting carried away with one result.
Let’s talk about their defence first. Their first Premier League clean sheet in nine months! Nine months! For a club that has spent so much money assembling a squad, that is a shocking statistic.
Chelsea fans want to talk about winning trophies, but you have to defend properly before you start dreaming about titles.
And yes, Pedro Neto was brilliant. He scored both goals, and Chelsea will be delighted with his performance. But that raises another question: where were the other attackers? If Neto isn’t producing those moments, who steps up?
You cannot expect one player to keep rescuing you. If Chelsea want to challenge for the biggest trophies, they need more players taking responsibility in the final third.
They also struggled to break Everton down in the first half. The first goal came just after the break, and the second arrived in the 90th minute. They got the result, but let’s not pretend they dominated the game from start to finish.
Now they’ve also lost Martínez to injury. That’s another concern because the goalkeeper position is so important. We’ll have to see whether Mike Penders can handle the responsibility while Martínez is unavailable.
And this is where Chelsea fans might get upset with me.
I don’t see enough consistency or attacking creativity to call Chelsea genuine Premier League title favourites just yet.
They have talented players, but having talented players and building a team that consistently wins big matches are two different things.
Chelsea have spent a fortune. At some point, the excuses about building a young team have to stop. You cannot keep talking about potential every season without delivering the consistency that the supporters expect.
And before Chelsea fans start telling me, ‘Paul, we won 2–0, what more do you want?’
I want to see the same quality every week. I want to see a team that can break down stubborn opponents, defend properly and win without depending on one player to produce the decisive moments.
Beating Everton is a good result. But if Chelsea fans think one win means they’re ready to win the Premier League, they’re getting carried away.
Let’s see them maintain this level when the fixtures get tougher and the pressure increases.
Until then, Chelsea have plenty to prove.”
🎤 Reporter: “So you don’t believe Chelsea can win the Premier League?”
🗣️ Paul Merson:
“I’m saying they haven’t convinced me yet. The talent is there, but the consistency isn’t. Chelsea fans can celebrate the three points, and they should, but they need to stop treating every good result as proof that they’re ready to win everything.
Potential doesn’t win titles. Consistency does. And Chelsea still have questions to answer.”
