Which map here is VT and which is substrate? A key to mapping fixed lines of block during VT ablation to make the WADLs best match the VT boundaries is to strategically choose a pacing site close to the presumed exit. @BIDMC_VT #ablateVT 1/2🧵

@ZimetbaumP and I had a great outcome for our patient @BIDMChealth w/ #pacemaker +MSSA bacteremia w/ 2x2cm right atrial mass: #ICE imaging essential to direct #alphavac & remove mass with one single manual aspiration. Given PFO, this greatly enhanced safety of lead extraction!
