I have been inspired by people who built extraordinary lives from nothing, even though grass to grace stories abound. Kazeem Tewogbade's UNLIKELY book is a great rendition on how to build a life of wealth from almost nothing.
I have learnt immensely from people of privileged backgrounds who, instead of being dulled by the success they were born into, went on to build their own successes. Vantage by Olumide Soyombo is a classic example.
In my short life, I have seen children of the rich beg and children of the poor build. There are always lessons either way. Being born into wealth does not guarantee future wealth.
Some people insist you have nothing to learn from those who always had money at home. Do not fall into that trap. If not for yourself, learn it for your children, unless you have no plans of raising privileged ones.
