Some of the latest generation of ⁦@BradfordGrammar⁩ orienteers on their way to the start at ⁦@BSOA_uk⁩ British Schools O Champs on Sunday.

We are proud of @BradfordGrammar orienteers’ achievements at today’s @BSOA_uk British Schools Champs! Three first places, eight podium positions, 1st place Y8, Y11 and Y12 teams and second team overall! We’re now on the long journey back from Kent. Well done everybody!

It was great to see lots of BGS orienteers turn out for a compass session at Hirst Woods and also at the @airienteers event at Myrtle Park this afternoon! Good prep for the @BSOA_uk British Schools Champs down in Kent later this term.

Sam did well and James put plenty of hours on to plan some very challenging courses - well done both. (Hope I didn’t miss any other BGS orienteers.)

Great to see four @BradfordGrammar students represent their club @airienteers at the Peter Palmer Junior Relays in beautiful and sunny Cockermouth at the weekend: James, Henry, Sam, and Oliver. 6th team in the PPJR (5am start) and 3rd in the Daybreak (6am) competition.

Mr A will be there too! Might even catch up with Mr McC as well. Good luck, Emile!
