Gm. Thank you to those who asked after OXBER FLYER. Feels surreal to say, but sadly we lost her this morning. She got loose at Chester before her first race yesterday and suffered a catastrophic skull fracture. Both the stall handling team and the vets at Chester were brilliant in helping her feel comfortable straight away, as well as the staff at Newmarket Equine Hospital who watched over her all night. Her injury was such that she couldn’t eat or drink and the right thing to do was put her to sleep. An easy decision, which was 100% best for her, but a heartbreaking one as I bred her myself. I was the first human she saw. From Jim Crowley telling me to go to MOHAATHER, taking the mare to Shadwell, to foaling her down myself at home, I was with her every step of the way until she went off to become a racehorse. And she would have been a racehorse. We expected a good run yesterday, the first of a couple we targeted for the back end of the season. She worked with the older horses at home and showed Charlie Clover enough for him to get us all excited. Sad we’ll never get to see what she was capable of. A massive thank you to everyone who helped yesterday, especially the Chester stall handlers. In a horrible situation, everyone involved did everything they possibly could for her. Although we’re reeling, the show goes on and the newsletter will follow. JT x

A bit of context for those calling for CONSTITUTION HILL to be retired. He’s 9yo. He made his rules debut at 4yo, 2 years later than most flat horses start and is lightly raced. He’s just run a blinder in a Group 3 back after a break on a surface too quick for him. A top eventing horse called TOBLERONE has finished 6th at the Burghley horse trials. One of the hardest jobs a horse can do. 6k flat out over jumps. He’s 19yo. CONSTITUTION HILL is a fast, fast horse with years left to win. Run him.

HE’S DONE THE HARD BIT… NOW FOR THE CHERRY ON TOP. Last Saturday, one smart punter turned £2 into a massive £146,439 by landing the Tote Scoop6. The 6 winners paid only 22,000/1 at SP. The Tote return? Around 73,219/1...more than 3x the SP accumulator lol. It gets better for the punter. He now has a FREE swing at the £58,110 bonus today. All he needs? The winner of Kempton’s 14:20. Eyes on!

I shouldnt have watched this before York with £160 (minus) in my bank ffs:
Watch the most feared bettor in Vegas put $2 million at risk every Sunday - through people who use fake names so no bookmaker can trace a bet back to him. An hour before kickoff, Billy Walters sits at a wall of phones and screens, running his book like a quant fund. He never places a bet himself. His partners sit inside the sports books under code names, jbird and Wolfman, and fire his orders the second he calls. His analysts are mathematicians who have worked for him 30 years and never met each other. They model weather, injuries, line moves - everything. Only Walters sees the full board. He isn't picking teams on a hunch. He's pricing games better than the bookmakers and betting when the math says the line is wrong. Any book that realizes he's behind a bet stops taking it. So he stays invisible. 30 years. Never a losing year. A gambler who runs on numbers, not luck.
