Had a magical time with the family last night at the Firefly Fling, at @BGOzarks!
Learned two things:
1. The Botanical Gardens of the Ozarks is the perfect place to be on a summer’s night
2. Glitter glue and chest hair don’t mix

In addition to caring for the Garden during this winter storm, our horticulture team also had to keep our feathered friends safe. They relocated our chickens and rooster to the greenhouse, where they are now enjoying their tropical getaway! Hope you are staying safe and warm!
FINAL HOURS: There’s still time to donate to the Garden through the Walmart MLK Day of Giving event!
Walmart will match $2 for every $1 donated, up to $5,000 per donor, until midnight tonight! These funds will help us with a long list of needs. #NWArk

#NationalPublicGardensWeek participant, @BGOzarks, has a message we can all relate to. "Hope is what BGOzarks gives every day of the year and we need your support now to be able to continue giving it when the crisis is over." (bit.ly/BGOzarks_Give) #OurGardensYourHome
Although we're currently closed, our hort. team is hard at work keeping the gardens well maintained. If you're looking to book a venue for a future wedding or special event, the BGO can accommodate groups large and small, indoors and outdoors! 📷 Jared Sorrells Photography
The garden will be closing at 5 pm today (Friday) and will remain closed until further notice. This was a hard decision, but the health and safety of our community and staff is our top priority. More here: bgozarks.org/

Spotted in the garden yesterday: The up and down warm temperatures have confused some of our plants, but the bees don't seem to mind! This is a red jade weeping crabapple. #NWArk #FayettevilleAR #VisitArkansas
