I believe this demonetization is a mistake. Each video takes around 24 hours to make—no one spends that much time creating repetitive content. I make animations in After Effects, render it, then edit in Premiere Pro with subtitles and sound effects.

It's been two weeks since YouTube has demonetized my 2D animation channel, DoggyZuko, on YT. I'm reaching out to @TeamYouTube once more as I think this is still an honest misunderstanding.

Today, my monetization has been restored.
Thanks to all of your comments and support, and with the help of a YouTube team member, I was able to receive a manual review.
However, many animation channels are still being affected by incorrect automated decisions. And if these mistakes continue, this could happen again at any time.

I can pretty much confirm now that youtube used ai moderation not only for flagging down the channels but also for the appeals and also in some of the cases of internal reviews, it is really frustrating to go through this thing and it is only hurting creators at a big margin, especially hard working animators who write their own concept and animate themselves or with their team.
@YouTube @YouTubeCreators @nealmohan stop this useless ai moderation for sensitive stuff, creators don't deserve this treatment.

UPDATE: @TeamYouTube has denied my appeal for the channel, DoggyZuko, in the same way hundreds of other creators were denied... with an automated message.
I am extremely convinced that a human employee from YouTube hasn't checked through my appeal, as I have even made a 12-minute YouTube video in my Studio that has yet to be seen (despite being linked in my appeal).
Each video takes 3-5 days to make from scratch, from the script-writing to the animation process. I am ironically getting denied monetization with an automated message that was sent to hundreds of creators trying to appeal.
If anyone outside of YouTube has any solutions, please reach out to me via DMs. I'll keep updating this daily.

Update: YouTube has now changed the reason for demonetizing Tricked Entertain from "inauthentic content" to "reused content."
This makes even less sense.
Here's exactly how every video is made:
Scripts written from scratch by me.
Our main character was designed and built by one of our own animators with our own logo on it
Videos hand-animated in 3D Blender by our animators nothing AI-generated, nothing automated
Editing handled by a dedicated editor who builds every clip and sound design by hand
6 full-time people working on one channel
How is that reused content?
@TeamYouTube the appeals process rejected us within hours. Twice.
We understand YouTube is trying to filter out AI slop. But in the process, you're taking down original creators who have poured everything into building something real on your platform only to get wiped out overnight with no real recourse.
Six people are on the verge of losing their jobs because of this.
Give us the human review that creators on this platform actually deserve.
And now I got demonetized...
YouTube just demonetized my channel Tricked Entertain for "inauthentic content" and I genuinely don't understand how that's possible.
Every single video on this channel is 100% MANUALLY animated in Blender. Our team puts days into each video. This is not AI-generated. This is not spam.
We've grown to 150,000 subscribers and 200 million views by making content that people genuinely love and now our revenue has been seized without warning.
I submitted a detailed appeal explaining our full production process. It was rejected within hours.
@TeamYouTube I'm asking you to take a real look at this. Not an automated review. A human one.
