SHOUTOUT MY GIRL @lydiasaeger55 FOR HER TOURNEY MVP AND CHAMPIONSHIP THIS WEEKEND. HELD IT OUT DOWN BEHIND THE DISH ALL WEEKEND AND HANDED OUT 3 SPEEDING TICKETS🧱🧱🧱
AS A PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTOR ITS MORE THAN JUST SURFACE LEVEL WITH MY ATHLETES, I TRY TO CONNECT WITH THEM TO REALLY UNDERSTAND HOW TO BRING THE BEST OUT OF THEM. GOD BLESSED ME WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE WHAT I HAVE LEARNED WITH THEM SO THEY CAN BE BETTER THEN I EVER WAS💯🧱
Straight from the horses mouth. The position is evolving and the numbers support the evolution. The 2% difference seems insignificant but through the course of a full season it has a lot more impact than you would assume. Add KD setups to your bag🧱🧱🧱
MY GIRL HANNAH GETTING HER WORK IN AT HOME💪🏾❤️🫡💯 BIG BRICK WALL ENERGY🧱🧱🧱

2nd 💣 of the fall!
Final Fall Stats:
.600 BA
.667 OBP
1.717 OPS
1.050 SLG
2 Home Runs
As the fall comes to a close, I want to thank my coaches, teammates, family and most importantly God for helping and blessing me with the opportunity to play ball!
ELITE ATHLETES SPEND A LOT OF TIME WORKING ON THEIR OWN. THE BEST WAY TO IMPROVE YOUR GAME IS SPENDING TIME WITH YOUR SELF. LEARNING HOW TO GET YOUR BODY TO MOVE EFFICIENTLY FOR YOU!!! LEARNING WHAT THE CORRECT AND INCORRECT MOVEMENTS ARE IN ANY GIVEN CIRCUMSTANCE. #beawall
