The soft, broken justice system loves letting racist violent offenders entirely walk free right up until the public loses all faith in the courts. 15-year-old John P. Sheeran pled guilty to the attempted murder of a Black youth after holding him underwater at a Massachusetts pond while throwing rocks and shouting horrific slurs. A judge let him completely slide with zero jail time.
