Agreed!! My top three to focus on 1) bring mouthwash mints (like Altoids) or gum (preferably a higher quality gum that you can chew longer than 2 min). If you tend to get nervous with new people or have social anxiety it helps to relax you 2) be sure to take the time to both rest and eat / hydrate. Expos like this are awesome and the Adrenaline and dopamine highs are awesome; however your body still needs to refuel and recharge (esp if you’re in front or behind the camera and also planning to attend any late night parties / gatherings). If you don’t pace yourself you’ll run a higher chance of crashing harder and longer post expo 3) post Expo sadness (and crash) are real. Yes, for one weekend you get to be around some amazing people and moments, and then it ends (like any concert, parade, etc). It’s ok to feel sad; however be happy it happened and when the crash comes on Tuesday embrace it, recharge, and then know that life is full of happy (and sad) moments
