your live chat does not work. it still has not responded about the outage that resulted in this entire exchange. so again the issue is the lack of service from a service provider.
your site doesn't list active outages, it logs them after the fact which doesn't help us in the midst of an outage. someone from Farrarmere has highlighted this multiple times to you. If we have less than 15 users in our area where are will we find out about active outages?
Your customer service is the issue. We understand that things break & need maintenance even when they aren't broken, but lack of communication about these matters makes having you for an ISP awful. The basic service of letting your customers know what is going on is all we ask.

Fibre down on a Monday 😩😩😩 when I say I hate @MWEBTweets I mean it. You can't even get hold of them to log a query. Been waiting for an agent to respond since 10am
@vumatel hi. Network has be down since 1am in Daveyton, neither you or @MWEBTweets are reporting anything. Can't get hold of any customer support agents from either of you. Qr code leads to dead page ( see scrnsht)
Also if they can, save for food allergy tests to make sure ukuth its not the result of damage caused by prolonged exposure to allergens. Then also test for other auto immune disorders.
If the friend is drinking 500ml water with each meal & taking a 30min "walk" after each meal (youtube growwithjo). Then they should try eat less meat, less sugar & more veggies. If that doesn't work kumele abone uDr, ugula serious.
