Check out my latest article: The Apple Vision Pro for HealthCare

The #AppleVisionPro. A beautiful piece of hardware. Nothing short of what we would all expect from #Apple.
Day 1 of @virtualmedconf did not disappoint. Some great applications in healthcare including the time I spent meditating in a loud room using @TRIPPVR. Hard to describe but worth the experience. Kudos @BrennanSpiegel for an impressive course so far.

Bold prediction: In 20 years, at least a portion of the orthopaedic surgery medical board exam will be done on a virtual reality platform. Yes, the tech is getting that good. Yes, it is moving that fast.

Great tweet from @DrHarryThomas. #orthotwitter a reminder for us all.
Thank you to all the surgeons @GSTTnhs, @ConMedLinvatec and trainees for participating in this event. #VirtualReality @PrecisionOSVR
We've used virtual reality technology to help prepare and train our surgeons of the future.
The simulation technology allows trainees to practice and develop their skills in a safe environment before they go into a real operating theatre.

Surgeon education on the weekend, anytime and anywhere with #VirtualReality Always impressed with @DrDerekOchiai. #orthotwitter #AWE2021
Virtual reality is amazing. I'm virtually interacting with surgeons in Buffalo, sharing some tips on #HipArthroscopy.
The best thing is we don't have to worry about social distancing! lol
Thanks to @PrecisionOSVR and ConMed for making this happen.
Something really special in Vancouver.
🥽We spoke with local VR/AR leaders, including @dburgar, @angelarobert, @BCshoulder, @redthreads8, and Alen Paul Silverrstieen about how Vancouver has moved the technology forward.
