THREAD - What do top graded mechanics look like?
This pitcher throws 94.9mph at only 6' 180, grading out highly across all the different areas of the delivery we consider.
What can they tell us?

Develop + Actions! This “5-Part Neutral Hand Routine” develops both the Hands & the Mind! Easy Actions & Precise Judgement! Note: the IFer is a 3 Sport HS Freshmen (Pac12 Commit). “IF Challenge = Do this drill 3 days a wk through Aug & watch ur hands Ignite 🔥!” @CoachMongero
Pitchers, please watch. We will be discussing 1-4. We all need to work on the drift an drop a little more. Also, where hips are at front foot strike. At front foot strike be aware of where your foot is landing, not throwing across your body(low back pain) youtu.be/It6KWIF3llo
Pitchers, please watch and be able to discuss 1-4... steps 1-3 we collectively as a team are doing well, 4 is wear we need to clean stuff up. youtu.be/atzlM1lMLhU

‘22 RHP Sam Staerker (Iroquois, @PBRNewYork) popped at #NYProspectGames. 2000 RPM on a T81 FB w/ a max of 20 inches vertical movement per @TrackManBB. Flips in a 62-63 mph BB for strikes; arm is extremely fluid thru the release window.

While your AB starts long before you get into the on deck circle having a process while there is crucial. The last prep before battle.
Staying locked in on deck = cool
Talking to friends in the stands and losing focus = not cool
Be on time, be cool 😎
