Today should have been a joyous day of celebrating my younger brother's 40th birthday. He suffered a fatal heart attack on 4/6, and it doesn't feel right that he's gone. I miss my brother dearly. He was the best younger brother and friend I could have asked for.
I'm glad I have such an amazing support group. Today, I spent time with my parents, my brother's old housemate/bandmate, my brother's girlfriend, and her kids. It helped to share stories about my amazing brother.
I can now two-rep max 345 pounds. I think I might need to pony up for a new barbell that can handle more than 300. The march toward 4 plates on each side must move forward.
Does @ScottBarrettDFB have a side hustle as the Fanatics social media person and use his platform to troll @BGWhitefield? The people are wondering.
