In hitting lessons I worked on hitting the inside pitches and not opening my front shoulder as much.
Great hitting and throwing lessons this week! Continued to work on maintaining accuracy and velo for throwing with fatigue. Pushed myself on 30inch box jumps. For hitting I am continuing to work on load control and syncing my whole body with my swing.

Had a good weekend behind the plate, caught three girls stealing and picked one off.
Getting back on the field this season with a round robin tournament this past weekend! Starting to find my groove in the outfield, while getting some reps behind the plate. Hit .500+ in 6 games with 0 K's & no walks. Love seeing the team make improvements over the weekend!

Making sure to continue putting the work in. Tonight I saw improvement on controlling my load. Even though I saw improvement, there is still work to be done! Looking forward to our teams first tournament this weekend in Crown Point. Here we go Mojo!!!

Had a great start to the fall season with @IMG2010Langston. We went 4-1 for our first tournament in Ohio. I started the weekend off strong with 3 home-runs on Saturday. Defensively I had no pass balls while catching. I had a great weekend getting to play with these girls. Can’t wait for the next tournament.

This week in overhand throwing, I worked on maintaining accuracy and velocity while being fatigued. During my lesson, I focused on strength and agility stations and finished with a few velo reps. Not my PR, but only a few mph off even after a challenging workout.

Had hitting lessons today, worked on zone work for the plate and simplifying it, worked on keeping my weight back and holding my load (seen in the video), and just staying inside the ball.
Worked hard yesterday morning at hitting with Ryan Bixler. The focus for this week is loose hands and keeping my front side stable. Need to keep putting in the work to prep for the fall.
