Josh Shapiro turned his back on Pennsylvania’s small businesses and Veterans organizations to sell out to his donors in the casino industry. Josh Shapiro may not think they’re worth fighting for, but I do. #GarrityRichey

@liberalpuppy Shapiro’s PJM price cap stuck PA with the bill for Maryland and Virginia’s green bullshit failures. Before the cap their zones were at $444–$466 while most of PA was around $270. Then Shapiro’s flat cap forced everyone to the same high price, killed the reason to build new plants, and our bills still went up. We’re a net exporter and we’re covering their shortages. Because of Shapiro. The Republican legislature couldn’t do a thing about it—Wolf and Shapiro’s coveted veto pen shut everything down. Kim’s right. Step aside.
.@GovernorShapiro &🔵state govs. promise their🟢dreams will make electric bills more "affordable." TRUTH: their🟢policies paired w/ Shapiro’s PJM price cap prevent lower electric bills for PA'ians. PA has a large energy baseload underneath our feet- let's harness it!🔋💪⚡️

If you think Democrats care about lowering the price of gas, just remember that on Day One of the Biden admin, two of the first things they did were cancel the Keystone XL pipeline and halt all new oil and gas leases.

Yes, working on some pretty shocking discoveries today. They plan on leveraging a 2026 win into creating an orchestrated hellscape in 2027 which they will blame on Trump. And then 2028 in turn will use 2027's events to leverage the Presidential election discussion into a structural reform of America (aka, multilateral democracy with socialistic elements).

I’m tired of Al Schmidt, Josh Shapiro, and the rest blaming the public for “undermining trust in our elections.” I saw what I saw and experienced what I experienced. Once Northampton County’s ES&S machines proved the printed words we use to verify our votes can say one thing while the barcode the scanner actually counts says something else, the system lost any claim to trust. The same problem exists anywhere electronic machines use barcodes or QR codes voters cannot read or verify. In 2023 a “labeling error” flipped the paper recording for two judge retention races. The printed selections we could read on our ballot were the opposite of what we selected on the voting machine screen. Officials told us the barcodes and digital records that would be read and tallied by the tabulator were still “correct,” so keep using the machines. That is a problem. Voters cannot read or confirm the barcode. We are told to verify the text—then told the tabulator ignores the text. If the paper we check and the record that is counted can diverge—even once, even from a “clerical error”—there is no reliable way to know our actual intended vote will be tallied. Anonymous vendor assurances do not restore that trust, nor should they. These are our elections. “Trust me bro” doesn’t cut it. There is no logical reason any county executive, official, legislator, or Governor who cares about election integrity would continue using these machines or barcodes. Yet the machines stayed. The barcodes stayed. The verification gap stayed. So did the reason not to trust them.

BIDEN FUNDED IT. SHAPIRO CHAMPIONED IT. NOW PENNSYLVANIA'S HYDROGEN HUBS ARE STALLING. Billions in potential federal funding. Tens of thousands of projected jobs. Promises of an energy revolution. Now, in October 2026, Spotlight PA is reporting on Pennsylvania's hydrogen hubs being stuck in funding limbo. But here's what matters: The problems with hydrogen's economics, costs, and demand didn't begin when Trump returned to office. I've been investigating the Biden-Shapiro energy transition, following the money, examining the promises, and questioning why Pennsylvania was prioritizing subsidized hydrogen while sitting on enormous natural-gas reserves and existing nuclear infrastructure. Where are the jobs? Where is the hydrogen? How much taxpayer money has actually been spent? And who is accountable for the promises? I've already published the groundwork. Read both investigations: Pennsylvania's Energy Crossroads delcopatriot2020.substack.co… The Energy Transition Files delcopatriot2020.substack.co… And now read the latest reporting: spotlightpa.org/news/2026/10… The administration changed. The original promises didn't. Neither did the responsibility to account for taxpayer dollars. I wasn't waiting for the headlines. I was following the paperwork. @EmeraldRobinson you interviewed me first discussing the Hydrogen in Pennsylvania!! @GovernorShapiro is to blame as is Biden for this catastrophic issue.

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov. The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison. I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return. I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something. Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act. Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged. Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working. A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats. This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried. There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go. Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him. I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them. This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one. Three things would change the math overnight. Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined. End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one. And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them. Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine. I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it. Respectfully, Everett A. Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder and Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit

🚨 WATCH: Stacy Garrity's Ad "Get Out of The Way" 🚨 Under Josh Shapiro, Pennsylvania ranks among the nation's worst states economically. U.S. News and World Report ranks Pennsylvania 47th, behind states like Alaska and Hawaii. That's not good enough for Pennsylvania. 👎 Shapiro is burdening the Commonwealth with the 5th HIGHEST TAX BURDEN in the country, while making himself the highest paid Governor in the country. More taxes for you. Higher pay for Shapiro. Stacy Garrity is a 30-year military veteran and businesswoman, motivated to reduce the tax burden on PA families and jumpstart our economy. The choice could not be more clear this November! 🇺🇸 #PAGOP #ShadyShapiro #PAEconomy #GarrityForGovernor

🚨🚨 PENNSYLVANIA'S ELECTRIC GRID IS UNDER AN EMERGENCY ALERT. The U.S. Department of Energy has issued an emergency order authorizing extraordinary measures to maintain electricity reliability across the PJM grid. PA House Republicans introduced an 11-bill package months ago to expand reliable baseload energy generation, streamline permitting, and strengthen our electric grid. Unfortunately, PA House Democrats have refused to advance the package. energy.gov/ceser/federal-pow…

If Democrats lose in 2026, they lose for a DECADE. Here's why. The real fight isn't this election. It's the 2030 Census — the count that redraws every House seat and every Electoral College vote for the entire decade after it. And here's the part nobody tells you: the Census does not count citizens. It counts TOTAL population. Every person in the state. Voter or not. Legal or not. That's why the border was never just about compassion. 10M+ people entered under Biden, and they landed heavy in blue states — California, New York, Massachusetts, Colorado. Every single one of them inflates those states' seats and electoral votes. People who cannot vote, deciding who governs people who can. Now run it the other way. Republicans win 2026. Deportations continue. Americans keep fleeing blue states for Texas and Florida. By 2030, the blue-state numbers FALL — and the red-state numbers climb. The latest 2030 projections, off the Census Bureau's own 2025 estimates: Texas +4 seats Florida +2 California -4 Illinois, New York, Oregon, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island — -1 each That's roughly a 20-electoral-vote swing toward red America. Win 2026 and the map itself moves. A redder House. A redder Electoral College. New paths to 270 all over the Sun Belt. Democrats wouldn't just lose an election — they'd lose the decade. 22 days out. This is the most important midterm of our lives, because the winners hold power while the 2030 Census gets decided. Vote Republican. Win the decade.

There are three specific previous articles cited within this outline 👇that will put full context to current events. They should be read in sequence: 1. In his own words Vladimir Putin explains why EU-NATO must have an expanded war with Russia. It has nothing to do with political ideology, and everything to do with control of money (energy price-fixing). theconservativetreehouse.com… 2. Understand how the western control of the “market price” of commodities is used to manipulate political outcomes. This ties directly into the first article about why London must control the money and combat Russia.  In this second article three weeks ago, CTH outlined a very predictable path that was most likely.  The Trump-Putin strategic alliance on diesel exports is EXACTLY what we expected and predicted to happen. theconservativetreehouse.com… 3. When you combine what Putin has said with the strategic agreement with Trump now in place you can then move forward and clearly see how Lukoil is going to end up being a wedge to drive out London financial influence and free the USA from this corrupt market control system. theconservativetreehouse.com… Once you understand those three previous outlines, then you understand exactly why the U.K-EU-NATO needs Zelenskyy to stop this agreement between President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin.  London’s (NYSE) and the western market control system is at risk.  It’s all connected. •Discounted potash from Belarus, sold to the U.S. at discount (non-market) prices.  [Speculators smacked.] •Discounted diesel fuel from Russia, sold to the U.S. at discount (non-market) prices. [Speculators smacked.] These are two recent examples of Trump working around the traditional western system of financial control within the “western market system”.  These are also two transactions that cut out the middlemen completely.  In essence, stand back and look at what Trump is doing here, it’s the same reason BRICS exists; it’s the BRICS argument against western financial control. Trump is aligned ideologically with the BRICS position on energy exploitation.  However, it’s actually more consequential than just an alignment of energy interests.  The biggest economy in the world, the economy that establishes the currency used in most global trade, is now aligning in common purpose against the financial schemes of London, while RETAINING the dollar as the central trade currency. Trump is telling BRICS (Xi, Modi, Putin) there’s no reason to replace the dollar; there's no reason to fight each other; we can work together and just replace the global market price manipulation. This is jaw-dropping in consequence.

Red-state governors are letting farmers and truckers use the cheaper red-dyed diesel under Trump’s order. Shapiro is not. Pennsylvania law already has the opening for it when the feds allow it. Other states moved and gave their people relief. Shapiro hasn’t. So Pennsylvania farmers and truckers keep paying more while the state sits on one of the highest diesel taxes in the country. This isn’t about details or review. It’s about not giving Trump a win before the midterms. Pennsylvanians be damned.

Yes. Pennsylvania House Republicans wrote and introduced a gas-tax holiday bill. It exists, and it has not moved. House Bill 2396 (2025–2026 session) is the GOP bill. Prime sponsor is Rep. Abby Major (R-60, Armstrong/Westmoreland). Co-sponsors are all Republicans, including Kristin Marcell, Natalie Mihalek, Shelby Labs, Brenda Pugh, and others. The co-sponsorship memo is titled “Gas Tax Holiday.” What it does: • Six-month suspension of the state gasoline tax (57.6 cents per gallon) and diesel tax (74.1 cents per gallon), written to start June 1, 2026. • Requires retailers to pass the full cut through at the pump. • Backfills lost road and bridge money with a transfer from the Rainy Day Fund. Status: referred to the House Transportation Committee on April 16, 2026. No committee vote, no floor vote. Official bill page: palegis.us HB 2396. The House Republican Caucus has said publicly that this plan (plus a related gross-receipts tax holiday) is “still waiting for House Democrats to call up for a vote.” Democrats hold a narrow House majority, so the GOP cannot force it onto the calendar by itself.
Another question he danced around, he seems to be open to a lot just never a leader that gets it done. FIRE THE LIAR, JOSH SHAPIRO

Stop Shapiro Administration’s Attack on Parents’ Access to Kids’ Mental Health Records Parents have a right to know what is happening with their child’s medical care. But new regulations proposed by the Shapiro Administration would make it harder for parents to access their children’s mental health care records. Children under 14: Current Pennsylvania regulations specifically recognize a parent’s access to the mental health records of a child under age 14. But the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services is deleting that clear rule, making it easier for healthcare providers to hide information from parents. Children 14 and older: Pennsylvania already limits parental access to mental health records when an older child consents to mental health treatment. But these new regulations remove even the limited protections parents currently have to obtain information about that care. Billing records: The Department is also deleting a provision that allows parents to see what treatments are being given within billing records. Parents can be charged for services without being entitled to information about what they are paying for. Parents have the primary responsibility to care for and protect their children. The Department of Human Services wants to restrict parental access to critical information, cutting the primary caregivers out of their children’s lives. Government should never stand between parents and the care of their children! The Independent Regulatory Review Commission (IRRC) will consider these regulations on October 15. You don't have much time to make your voice heard! Ask IRRC to reject these regulations and stop making it harder for parents to know what is happening with their own children. Visit pafamily.org/no to take action!
