Love this story. The Twitter account almost everyone in the U.S. Congress relies on for explaining arcane procedures... is a 20-year-old student in Durham (England).

#Budget2024 detail emerging: £5m of levelling up funding, to be spent on cultural projects yet to be determined, in both Erewash and High Peak.
The budget says pension funds will have to declare how much of their investments are in UK companies.
Derbyshire's public sector pension fund already reports it - it was 12% at the last count - although it's probably higher than that once private equity investments are included.
Looking forward to the next piece of #Gladiators content from my creative colleagues @BBCDerby.
The last one did ok.
