5 Blackbookers from last the week of New Zealand Racing , 2 future Group winners included . 🏇De Armas ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2yo filly trainer Johno Benner was the run of the day {behind Well Written } last weekends Karaka Millions meeting .I have no doubt that had she had any sort of decent run in transit she finishes top 2 if not wins .Sat 3 and 4 wide mid field no cover over raced and had the audacity to still charge home from well back in an on pace finish to run 4th , clocking the fastest last 400 and 200 m sectionals . Dont be suprised to see her in Aus in the near future Sydney Autumn ? 🏇Sweynesday ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5yo g trainers James /Wellwood Charged home to finish 3rd in his first Group 1 race , finishing just behind the 2 aussies . Ran the fastest 800 600 400 200 sectionals of the race Group winner in waiting , the lightly raced 5 yo has had 9 starts 5 wins 4 placings Perfect type to bring to Brisbane for a winter carnival . Doomben 10000 over 1200 m Brc Sprint over 1350 m or Stradbroke over 1400 m ? 🏇Millers Point 4yo mare trained by Trevor Da Cruz @conistonlodge Raced at Te Rapa friday on a day that was very hard to make ground .. Was still last 250 m from home , finally got out into open spaces and charged home , running fastest 800 600 400 200 sectionals , another 100 m she wins easily .Shes bred to get over ground so look for her over 1600 and then 2000m . 🏇Undertheboardwalk 3yo filly trained by Robbie Patterson The filly was on debut last saturday at New Plymouth , struck a heavy track .Clipped heels shortly after they jumped lost ground then was held up coming to the 400 . Once she got clear space she got home hard finishing 3rd . She is a half sister to a 2 time Group placed sprinter miler in Nz , so be looking for her next time over 1400 1600 m , will be very hard to beat . 🏇Life Of Riley 5yo mare trained by Terri Rae Last saturday made her south island debut , unfortunatly got trapped 3 wide with no cover the trip . The winner and runner up in the race lead on fence and sat 2nd so Life Of Riley had much harder run , she loomed up about 200 to go but the tough run told on her late , just couldnt catch the first 2 getting beaten only a length .Watch for he again over 1400 or 1600 m over the rest of summer into autumn ..
