@AmericanAir The 24-hour reservation Hold button has been removed for 50% of passengers. Why? It costs AA nothing. As an EP, the free sandwich went away and now Hold is gone too?
@AmericanAir We need jetway operator for 1360 in DFW. Made ExPlatinum for 2019 again on this flight. But no upgrade and would like to get home.
