Hey everyone!
We won’t be hosting a DevMA today. For now, we’re pausing DevMAs to focus fully on a few major priorities:
– Our upcoming tournament
– Steam wishlists
– Patreon
– Our Kickstarter launch
Update on the tournament:
We will start sometime in August. We won’t kick things off until we hit 100 sign-ups. Right now, we only have 5 people signed up 🥹
So if you want a shot at the prize money, the other goodies, and bragging rights, make sure to fill out the form!
If you haven’t signed up for any of those yet, here’s everything in one place:

Just went live with a new Bastion DevMA.
Tiwa and I are working on some new UE5.6 artworks for hotknife.io.
Come hang out and see how we build the visual side of our world.

We’re pushing the Bastion Tournament back to July 31st – August 9th 🎯
This gives us time to roll out new marketing campaigns and tap into networks we haven’t yet leveraged. Meaning more signups, more people playing Bastion, and more gameplay being shared across social media
If you haven’t signed up yet, make sure to enter your name here:

DID I HEAR SOMEONE SAY TOURNEY?!!!!
@BA5TION has been intentionally cooking for a good number of months now with regularly DevMA to update followers and they're here with something big.

It’s all about sharp instincts and skill, which you earn through the battles you survive.

🔪 @HotKnifeStudios officially partners with @Immutable to bring their bold vision, @BA5TION, to life!
🔸 #Bastion is an action RPG where every scar you earn becomes your skill — no health bars, just pure instinct.
⚔️ You play as a gladiator in a brutal world, caught between tyranny and rebellion.
🎮 Every decision you make is remembered, shaping how the world sees and treats you.
🛡️ Choose your path: fight for the regime or rise as a secret symbol of rebellion.
✨ How will you survive in a world that never forgets — and when will your scars become your strength?
