@bdermanmd MRD based stopping maintenance
- makes a strong case for stopping in MRD neg- sustained MRD neg, no HR features, PET neg
- but we should and can stop earlier with effective Rx. we should think about this more

Honored to share our newly published manuscript ascopubs.org/journal/jco which demonstrates that circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) by PhasED-Seq offers the most precise definition of remission after frontline therapy for patients with large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) out now in @JCO_ASCO. #ctDNA detection of #MRD. 1/18 – at Stanford, CA

The SUNMO trial manuscript is now published at @JCO_ASCO! Mosun-Pola is superior to RGemOx in patients with ref/rel LBCL with 3X progression free survival and 2x complete response rates. Only 4% had CRS more than a fever. #lymsm

Treatment can be difficult, and everyone finds something that helps them get through. For grateful patient Ray Hartjen, it’s music. Listening, composing and playing takes him to a place of peace, even on the hardest days, and reminds him there is still beauty, light, and hope. 💙

So proud of @DoctorAKrishnan who was just announced by @SWOGChair as chair of the @SWOG Barlogie-Salmon Myeloma Committee, taking over for @Myeloma_Doc. I’ve know Dr. Krishnan for 2 decades - you won’t find someone more perfect for this role! #SWOGonc

Ten-year survival rates by PSA nadir in patients with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer: long-term survival analysis from the ECOG-ACRIN 3805 (CHAARTED) trial
buff.ly/FuH8fhx
The 10-year follow-up of the CHAARTED trial confirms that adding docetaxel to androgen deprivation therapy significantly improves overall survival in patients with high-volume metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer, while PSA nadir <0.2 ng/mL at 6 months emerged as a powerful independent predictor of long-term survival across both treatment arms.
Achieving this low PSA was strongly associated with better outcomes regardless of baseline prognostic factors, and docetaxel increased the likelihood of reaching this threshold, supporting the use of PSA nadir as a key marker for response assessment and potential response-adapted treatment strategies. #ProstateCancer

Amazing response rates with trispecific antibody JNJ-5322 in RR MM. N. van de Donk suggest it is as effective as BCMA targeting CART. In fections are still quite high. All patients should get prophylactic IgG replacement. 12 months PFS of 95%. Prophylactic toci significantly reduced CRS, no ICANS seen.
