@Diablo chill is underrated because people's minds broke with pure damage numbers and metas. Fire bolt on sorc is dogshit... frost bolt is 1000 times better as a enhancement. Chill stack, freeze, and chill damage % increase is way better 😌

Fire bolt adds burn, and 30% critt chance.... so people give up on Chill with frost bolt.. which gives chill (190% chill damage boost) slows, and moves into freeze, which further feeds ice shards. You give up way more than you get up front.
