As a chronic scholarship recipient - the idea of scholarships is mostly an aid, with no financial strings.
Paying acceptance fee on a "scholarship" is a business model.
N26K times 30,000 recipients. 🤑
The only tech skill that's paying today is selling tech courses.
You are attending an event in an enclosed place with AC and you don’t think you should smell good?🥴😒. Please don’t just dress well, try to smell good too😒, you are too young to be smelling like locust beans please 😪

I was privileged to serve as one of the facilitators at a one-day Community Advocates Training, where we equipped men and women with practical knowledge and skills in safeguarding, resource mobilisation, collaboration and partnerships.
One of the most rewarding aspects of the experience was receiving positive feedback on how previous trainings and ideas had been translated into community-level action to improve healthcare accessibility and support health infrastructure development in Siyi and Miri communities in Bauchi State, as well as Akpabuyo and Big Qua communities in Cross River State.
It was encouraging to see how knowledge shared through these engagements is contributing to local action and community-driven change.
I am grateful to the African Leaders Malaria Alliance (ALMA), The Global Fund and the Nigeria Malaria and NTDs Youth Corps for the opportunity to contribute my skills and expertise towards strengthening community advocacy, addressing gender barriers and advancing the fight against malaria.
Every empowered advocate brings us a step closer to a malaria-free Nigeria.
