Come out tonight for our second session of fun and competitive lax, the way it’s supposed to be played. Lots of touches, kinda like box, but outdoors!

September is National Suicide Prevention Month. That means for every RT this tweet gets, I will donate $1 to Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital. A place I went to when I needed help.
Check on your family, teammates, & friends. Speak up if you’re hurting.
You’re not alone. 💚

I played (warmed the bench) on the best college lacrosse team in the country.
And honestly, it wasn't a smooth ride.
I went from sick, injured, and the worst player to a Most Improved award.
But it changed my approach to life.
Here are 8 lessons that may change you too🧵

Today we pause to remember Rob Kavovit. The irony of his birthday falling in the month that all eyes are on Mental Health Awareness is not lost on us today. Visit 15ForLife.org to learn more about Rob and our mission to bring awareness to mental health.

I spoke with Roy Simmons, Jr. today on the passing of his good friend, Richie Moran. Take two minutes to listen. There was a genuine love & respect between these two lacrosse legends that grew out of a rivalry. And there's something in these profound words we can all learn from.
Good luck to our U13 Team competing tomorrow in the Lacrosse World Series Western Qualifier at the amazing @BellBankPark @lax_legacy @LegacySportsUS2
Congrats to Adrian Cazares on his commitment to Fairleigh Dickinson University to play DIII Lacrosse for the Devils! @FDUDevils
