Viva México! Honored to celebrate El Grito and Mexico’s independence with Consul General Yescas and community members at the Capitol. Mexican and Mexican-American families are at the heart of Arizona's identity, culture, and prosperity. ¡Gracias por todo lo que hacen!
The United States, Mexico and Canada share immense supply chain and manufacturing integration. Our goal should be preservation of our deeply integrated production platform & to maintain one unified trilateral trade agreement.

Farmers for Free Trade was thrilled to join @AZChamber, @azb, and @freshProduceAA last week for a USMCA Roundtable in Arizona, weeks before its 2026 renewal.
Special thanks to @GovernorHobbs and everyone else who emphasized the importance of Arizona ag and free trade.

We were proud to represent Nogales at the 🇺🇸-🇲🇽 Binational Bridges and Border Crossings meeting in Washington, D.C. The modernization of the DeConcini Port is a national asset in need of investment, and we made that case directly to both countries. Much to be done.
Yesterday's AMC Binational Economic Development meeting was a forward-looking discussion that included not only our partners in Sonora, but also in Baja California. Our thanks to @SandraWatsonAZ & the amazing @azcommerce team for the work you do to foster AZ cross-border growth.

Thanks @GovernorHobbs and Arizona business leaders for a productive discussion on USMCA and many opportunities. Canada is committed to building on an already strong economic partnership with Arizona to support jobs, innovation, and growth on both sides of the border.
We’ve just concluded a crucial trip.
I led a delegation of Arizona business leaders to Washington, D.C. to strengthen USMCA and protect our state’s economic future. We met with federal officials, the U.S. Chamber, manufacturers, and leaders from Mexico and Canada to keep our supply chains strong and Arizona competitive.
From agriculture to advanced manufacturing, I’m fighting to make sure Arizona businesses can grow and succeed, and we’re not done yet!

Few states contribute more than Arizona does to America’s national security. In our meeting with @USTradeRep Ambassador Jeff Goettman, we highlighted how Arizona has grown as an economic powerhouse under USMCA, which is why we advocate for its renewal after review this year.
Governor Hobbs and the Arizona Delegation kick off Day 1 with a roundtable discussion at the @USChamber. As USMCA negotiations begin with Canada and Mexico, we showcased Arizona’s position as a stronghold for American trade, commerce, and national security.
This week @GovernorHobbs & the AMC will lead an Arizona delegation in DC. No other state is doing more to further North America’s trade future than Arizona, and that is in large part because of these leaders in the AZ business community. Plans = highlight our USMCA report.
Muchas felicidades @gobiernosonora for the recent modernizations to the customs facility in San Luis Río Colorado!

The mission to end cartel activity is vital to Arizona's safety. I am thinking about all those impacted by the violence in Mexico and encourage continued U.S.-Mexico cooperation to combat the cartel and ensure safety for all those in the region.
Thank you to our binacional committees for joining us today for the 2026 Interplenaria in Tucson 🇺🇸🤝🇲🇽
