TSMC’s second fab in North Phoenix has completed construction, with volume production expected to begin next year. We’re kicking off Arizona Cities & Towns Week by celebrating creativity in our community! 🎨 This year, Buckeye had the opportunity to host Gallery 37, a West Valley Arts Council program that gives young artists hands-on experience creating public art. Over five weeks, 13 students worked alongside a professional artist to design and bring a permanent mural to life at Sundance Park, all while earning college credit! We recently celebrated these talented students and their incredible contribution to our community. Their creativity has left a lasting mark on Buckeye for years to come! 👏 #AZCityWeek #CityofBuckeye #BuckeyeAZ

📍 @GilbertYourTown is taking action to expand affordable housing, working with ARM of Save the Family to purchase and rehabilitate two additional rental homes using federal funding. The town’s 15-year partnership already provides 24 affordable homes for 89 residents. The planned additions would help more families find stability as housing and everyday costs rise. Local partnerships. Practical solutions. More families with a place to call home. Read more from @abc15 abc15.com/news/region-southe… #AZCitySolutions

Data centers shouldn’t increase energy bills, strain water supplies or undermine climate targets—and they must give back to the communities they’re in. We can address these issues while continuing to be a leader in technology. More from my discussion on @CNN.

🏠 What’s fueling Arizona’s housing crisis? @CityofPhoenixAZ is now the nation’s top build-to-rent market and has served as Wall Street’s testing ground for turning single-family homes into investment assets since 2012. ✅ Arizona’s cities and towns continue approving and building housing, but supply alone won’t restore ownership while investors control tens of thousands. Arizona’s housing debate must confront corporate ownership and preserve local control. 🔗 @kjzzphoenix kjzz.org/the-show/2026-09-15…

🏗️ Transformational economic development is happening in @CITYOFMESA! City Council unanimously approved Legacy Park and Gateway Crossing, the largest mixed-use development in Mesa's history! Legacy Park is a generational opportunity for Mesa. This investment will bring new tax revenue that supports public safety, streets, parks, libraries and services for residents across our entire city. I’m proud to support it and excited about what it means for Mesa’s future.

🤔 What’s driving Arizona’s housing shortage? Let’s do the math. According to the Maricopa County Assessor's Office: 🏠 Corporate entities owning 100+ homes in Maricopa County = 33,906 units 🏠 Those owning 1,000+ = 28,661 Recent reports show Maricopa County's shortage= ~34,000 homes. ✅ The Reality Check: The number of single-family homes absorbed by large-scale corporate investors almost perfectly mirrors our total housing gap. 🎙️ @KTAR923 @Ponder_N
