@dutweets this is an unnecessary added frustration, maybe ask your app team to develop a fingerprint scanner option, so people can do biometrics directly through your app, instead of being held at gunpoint to show up at a store...even banks are accepting digital uploads
In a world of tech where everything is becoming remote first and going digital you insist people show up...an E-ID copy and a scanned finger print should be enough..enable it on your app & then pay me royalty fees for the idea, coz your app team couldn't think of it @dutweets
