Grok Image 2.0 released, goes straight into #2 on LM Arena's text-to-image leaderboard.
Announcing Imagine Image 2.0, our next generation image model with precision editing, crisp text rendering, improved factuality, and real world usefulness.
Image 2.0 helps you make images for real work.

Midjourney has updated its interface on its alpha website. Your images and your settings have been moved to a right sidebar. They are joined by your styles to make them way easier to retrieve and select.
There are some subtle changes in terms of descriptions. Stylisation and chaos are now quoted in percentages, even though Stylisation still seems to go up to 1,000.
In the prompt box itself, there are now bubble boxes for all the parameters, which can easily be closed with a little cross. You can also click on bubble boxes and change the settings, for example, your:
- personalisation
- chaos
- stylisation
- weird
etc.
Much nicer, @midjourney!

Meta have released Muse Image and a preview of Muse Video; their image and video (with audio) models from MSL.
Matt Deitke from the Superintelligence Lab then posted a thread with much stronger demos, including precise in-place editing and a photorealistic family dinner scene with a literal elephant in the room.
The agentic features with planning, reference blending and multi-turn edits look more useful for actual creative work than the initial post suggested.
This looks like a good model but you wouldn't have thought that from Alexandr's post.
Today, we're introducing Muse Image and Muse Video! 🖌️
Muse Image is an agentic image generation model with strong integrations with coding, search, and self-refinement!
Muse Video is an early preview of our video generation efforts with strong audio and video generation abilities!

Previz webinar from Invideo on Thursday:
Live webinar upcoming:
We're showing you the best 5 AI previz workflows - from fastest & cheapest to most accurate - and we're building a full sequence live in Agent One.
Narramatics. Sketched storyboards. Moodboards with drawn-in camera angles. We're going deep on all of it.
Useful whether you're making ads, films, series, or any video with characters in it.
Great use for Fable.
Midjourney's new Draft Mode is fantastic for character creation.
It generates 24 low-resolution variations in a single run, making it incredibly easy to explore different character directions and quickly find designs you like.
Once you find a promising result, you can use those images directly in GPT Image 2 to generate character sheets.
You can also fix generation errors, modify outfits and accessories and change the visual medium or art style.
GPT Image 2 Character Sheet Prompt:
Create an artistic 16:9 CHARACTER IDENTITY BOARD.
Use Image A as the subject and the visual medium. Name: Clara. Fix headphones. (just change this line as your needs.)
Soft off-white background. No environment, no logo, no watermark.
DESIGN DIRECTION:
Do not create a standard character reference sheet.
Create a cinematic identity board that feels like a high-end animation studio character study mixed with an artbook layout.
The layout should be asymmetrical, elegant and visually memorable.
Use large empty space, varied image scale and intentional imbalance.
Avoid grids, blueprint design, catalog layout and repetitive turnaround presentation.
IMPORTANT LAYOUT RULE:
Do not overlap any character images.
Every view must have clear separation and breathing room.
Keep all bodies, portraits, silhouettes and detail studies visually distinct.
No cropped faces, no hidden limbs, no stacked figures, no merged poses.
MAIN COMPOSITION:
Place one large hero full-body view slightly off-center as the visual anchor.
Around it, arrange smaller supporting studies with clean spacing:
neutral full-body view, back view, profile view, seated pose, leaning pose, crouching pose, top-down body angle, low-angle body angle, expressive portrait studies.
Each view should feel like a separate clean character study, not a frame from one scene.
IDENTITY LOCK:
Preserve strict identity consistency across all views:
same face, same facial proportions, same hairstyle, same outfit, same body proportions, same posture language, same visual personality.
USEFUL REFERENCE DETAILS:
Make the character readable for future image and video generation:
clear face shape, clear hair silhouette, clear outfit silhouette, clear body shape, clear hands, clear posture, clear expression range.
ARTISTIC SECTIONS:
Include a small silhouette study area with 2-3 simplified black character silhouettes.
Include a small expression study area with subtle emotional variations.
Include a small detail study area showing key visual features of the face, hair and outfit.
TEXT DESIGN:
Add one stylish CHARACTER ID block.
Keep it minimal, bold and art-directed.
Use only:
NAME
ROLE
CORE MOOD
VISUAL SIGNATURE
Use small handwritten-style labels only where helpful.
Subtle editorial arrows and annotation marks are allowed, but keep them minimal and elegant.
STYLE:
minimal, cinematic, premium, artbook-like, clean, expressive, useful for production.
The final image should feel like an artistic character identity board designed to help an AI model understand the character’s face, silhouette, outfit, posture and emotional range.

Introducing hybraudio.com
A place where you can download and listen to all your music. AI/Hybrid/Human you control the label.
Where you'll never be taken by policy changes and eventually monetization options and a place to show your merch. Advertising your new music and promoting your content to the main page.
Charts and playlisting. Right now it's very early.
It'll be small at first. I'm doing this on a shoestring rn. But it's something for now.
Only just released. Comment if there's any issues/bugs
Seedance 2.0 Emotional Coordinates
Meet Valence-Arousal.
I’ve been experimenting with valence-arousal prompting in Seedance 2.0 on @mitte_ai, and surprisingly, a lot of it actually works. Most likely this should transfer to many other video/image models too.
Before we start, I should mention that a lot of attempts can hit safety/violence filters depending on how extreme the emotional state becomes. My test prompts were also intentionally very simple and open-ended, which probably increased that.
Valence measures how positive or negative an emotional state is.
Arousal measures how calm or activated it is.
So instead of writing:
“sad, anxious, emotionally overwhelmed”
you can try things like:
valence: low
arousal: high
I tested mostly numeric values at first, but honestly I’ve been getting much better and more stable results with transition-based prompting like this:
“The emotional state gradually shifts from high valence and low arousal to low valence and high arousal.”
That feels much more model-friendly right now.
I think this could become really useful for subtle acting, emotional transitions, cinematic dialogue scenes, uncanny performances and mood-driven storytelling.
Leaving example Seedance 2.0 prompts, the Valence-Arousal infographic and a GPT Image 2 prompt below.
GPT Image 2 - Original Character Generator Prompt
Got tired of seeing the same faces, the same outfits and the same “AI character” look everywhere, so I made a character generator prompt.
It’s designed to adapt to different styles and visual mediums. It’s variable-based.
You only need to fill 4 variables:
[CHARACTER SEED]
[AGE / BODY TYPE]
[STYLE]
[VISUAL MEDIUM]
Everything else is invented automatically.
It also includes originality + authenticity rules to reduce repeated AI faces, generic designs and accidental IP similarities.
Dropping example variables, more examples and the full prompt below ↓
Character sheets are great, but they only solve one part of the problem.
They show you how your AI character looks.
They do not show you how they perform.
So I made a simple workflow and a system prompt to audition my AI characters before taking them into video generation, to test their voice, emotions, expressions, and screen presence.
Here is my workflow:
Unreal Engine 6 is getting built-in AI.
Epic is integrating Claude and Gemini directly - for level setup, character rigs, particle systems, and lighting. The tedious parts of 3D production, handled by AI.
Early access: end of 2027. The creative tools pipeline is changing.

Spotify launches Studio, a desktop AI agent that builds personalised podcasts, playlists and audio briefs by accessing your listening history, calendar, email and browser.
Studio by Spotify Labs rolls out as a Research Preview in June to select users aged 18+ across 20+ markets, turning the platform from passive playback into conversational audio creation.
It saves content directly to your Spotify Library and syncs across devices, though the company warns the AI may make mistakes and act unpredictably.
