Democrats voted for market manipulation says Lummis.
The pro-crypto @SenLummis has highlighted that the recently failed CLARITY Act included provisions around "large trader reporting so regulators can spot manipulation early".
This was something the Democrats wanted adding, but then decided to vote against during the infamous Senate vote on September 15...
