I'm excited to be launching ExoBrain, a consultancy designed to help businesses navigate the vast new opportunities in AI... What becomes possible in a hyper-connected world when software can work in many modes, reason, learn relentlessly, simulate, adapt, collaborate, and rewrite itself to meet its own goals? I've been lucky to experience the tech revolution first-hand; from my first game on the ZX81😊 to the early web, mobile, social, cloud, ML etc... All incrementally vital, and yet dwarfed by the limitless potential of today. So the only way I could make sense of this exciting yet daunting future was to try to play a role in creating it – to spend every waking hour learning, mapping, evaluating, prototyping, testing, and deploying it. That's why I've teamed up with my brilliant ex-colleague, Joost, to launch ExoBrain. We're all about rapidly connecting the valuable to the possible. We're exploring what it means to be an AI-first organisation, how far we can extend a small team beyond its core skillset, and what work might look like in the future.
