The situation around the (un) realised gains tax in the Netherlands is developing rapidly. 🇳🇱 Lots of anger on one end, relief on the other - but it's important to remember that these are still just proposals that need to pass before the year is out to go into effect in 2027. We'll likely see further changes on many aspects, but the message the Hague is sending is clear: we don't want you to become financially free. Ever.
