I don’t believe AI will make humans useless.
What concerns me is a future where millions of people become so dependent on AI that they stop thinking critically, questioning its answers, and making decisions for themselves.
AI should amplify human intelligence, not replace independent thought. It should be an extension OF you.

AI is becoming part of everyday work. The challenge is that costs don't always scale predictably alongside it.
As usage grows, more leaders are focusing on AI economics, building the discipline to manage costs and capture value over the long term. mck.co/4s32xv3

UC Berkeley researchers found that just 10 minutes of relying on an AI tool to solve math and reasoning problems significantly affected people's ability to focus and persist with difficult tasks — highlighting the importance of designing AI tools that build on human abilities rather than replace them.

The fear about AI and jobs is that disruption will arrive suddenly. But researchers from MIT FutureTech estimated that AI could reach success rates of 88% to 97% on most text-based workplace tasks by 2030 at a minimally sufficient quality level, though near-perfect performance remains several years away. That gives governments, organizations, and workers a window in which to plan for the prospect of AI automation at the task level.

How to write the best paper in 2026 with AI:
1. Question, not topic
2. 5-7 strong sources
3. Thesis + outline first
4. Draft messy, edit later
5. Cite as you go
6. AI = assistant, not author
