Taxation without accountability is exploitation, not development every shilling must improve lives, not deepen suffering
Serikali si ya kukamua wananchi bila kuwajibika, watu si ATM za serikali PARDON US!!
@KPL_Women @PeasantsLeague
Why should Kenyans keep paying more taxes only to receive less in return? Taxation without tangible public benefits is extraction, not economic transformation.
Ruto’s economic model is squeezing households, suffocating businesses and leaving citizens carrying the weight of a debt burden they did not fully benefit from. We are borrowing from tomorrow to finance today’s failures, then sending the bill to ordinary Kenyans.
Debt has become a chain around our economic freedom. Tax justice must mean more than collecting revenue; it must mean accountability, value for money and better lives for citizens.
Kenya is not a revenue farm for an insatiable state. It is a republic whose resources must serve its people.
The era of endless taxation, mounting debt and diminishing returns must end. Kenyans deserve economic freedom, dignity and a government that works for them.
Ruto’s time is up. Kenya deserves tax justice. Kenya deserves economic liberation.

Kenya needs a full public debt audit, not political blame games every administration must account for what it borrowed, how the money was spent, and what wananchi gained the public pays the debt, so the public deserves the truth PERIOD!! @PeasantsLeague @KPL_Women
Kenya’s debt crisis did not appear overnight. Like a leaking roof, the damage accumulated over years until the whole house began to feel the consequences.
Who opened the borrowing taps? Which administrations made the biggest borrowing decisions? What projects were financed, what value did Kenyans receive, and how much of today’s revenue goes towards servicing yesterday’s loans?
You cannot repair a house without first identifying where the damage began. Equally, Kenya cannot escape its debt trap without confronting the decisions, policies and spending choices that brought us here.
Kenyans deserve more than a balance sheet showing what we owe. They deserve a full account of who borrowed, where the money went, what it delivered and who must take responsibility.
The debt story must be told, from its origins to the present day.

Replying to @KawilaEllen
Africa cannot achieve true freedom while its people remain trapped in a cycle of debt we must challenge unjust debt systems, demand accountability, and reclaim control over our resources and economies Our future must be decided by our people, not dictated by creditors

Kenya is not short of loans it is short of accountability borrowing billions, taxpayers carry the burden, and ordinary Kenyans keep struggling to survive how much more must wananchi sacrifice to sustain a debt-driven economy?
@PeasantsLeague @KPL_Women
Kenya’s debt crisis is not a problem we can keep postponing. Every new loan comes with a bill, and it is ordinary Kenyans who ultimately pay through taxes, rising living costs and shrinking opportunities. We cannot keep mortgaging tomorrow to finance today. The real question is no longer how much Kenya can borrow, but how much longer Kenyans can afford to carry the burden. #SafiNaPesa #FISTAgenda

IMF & World Bank in emergency meetings?
Time to congratulate yourselves on GDP growth while citizens starve, inflation magically “drops,” and taxes rise to repay debts they never enjoyed.
The economy is thriving. The people are just suffering in silence.

Kenya is becoming a shareholders’paradise.
The politically connected own the company, taxpayers finance the losses, and citizens are told to remain patient.
Welcome to an economy where the hustlers hustle, the taxpayers pay, and the connected cash in.
