Ordered a perfume via @Flipkart which came in a broken bottle. Requested for replacement. The replacement guy comes with the proper product, STILL DOES NOT AGREE TO REPLACE because the policy only allows replacement for 'defects'. Had a pathetic experience with @flipkartsupport
