North Korea has a gdp about a fifth of Bulgaria and has a working land based Nuclear force and developing nuclear submarines. Turns out you can make a lot of things possible when you devote 20% of your entire gdp towards a project.

I'm fascinated by the lore of the Ace Combat series. It's so pompous and self-serious. Tiny nations with the GDP of Bulgaria wheeling out superweapons called the "Golgotha Lance" and shit

People have over focused on Asgore when Toriel also shares the weird position of being theoretically a major character that is not allowed to be a part of the narrative.
lonely lonely@lonelyholdmeOct 15
This is one of the very few instances where I feel like Toby is the one off-track & not necessarily the fandom. He's said that he wanted Toriel to be an imperfect person with personality outside of being a mother (paraphrasing), but he's mostly failed to make that true.

Massive potential for interesting interactions and some fun gameplay- but because they were in the front and back 10% of Undertale, they’re not allowed to be really analyzed with any *real* depth. ***********Yet************

Why should i care for Asgore Dreemurr if he is canonically worthless and unloved by his own family? He should've been killed rather than kidnapped, that would've been better

I was unsurprised Asgore didn’t get much in the way of character moments in Deltarune to chew on because if you paid close attention to Toby Fox these last ten years or so you can kind of tell he thinks everything you could write about Asgore had already been written.

A core part of Asgore is that he’s not the guy, everyone thinks he’s the guy, but he’s not the guy.

I always see solar sands acting like a high art snob and final word on culture, so getting curious and looking up their actual output of art just made me more confused

My Carol art doesn’t even get comments from that girl who posts “hi Carol” on everything that’s how you know the suppression is strong
