We’re pleased to announce that Avvy Health has acquired MDrsvp, a Montreal-based leader in tailored home healthcare. Both companies were founded during the pandemic to address changing needs for healthcare, and focused on making healthcare more accessible.
Under the acquisition’s terms, MDrsvp CEO Oren Sebag is now CEO of Avvy Health and many MDrsvp team members have joined Avvy to keep providing a convenient, accessible experience to clients at home, grounded in clinical expertise and first-hand experience.
