@DPDgroup_news @dpd_uk
Another useless delivery by @DPD
The app says it was delivered when we were in the house but no knock at the door and received by "DL" with a picture of a black space... Who the fuck is "DL" and what is the picture of?!?
Not only that, where is my parcel?
@dpd_uk @DPDgroup_news
And, to get to speak to someone, the earliest slot you can get to phone me is the 28th December. Really?!?
Avoid using @DPD as this is nothing more than a joke that damages companies reputations and causes undue stress and disappointment for the customer.

3 x Tickets RuPaul's Drag Race UK tour, Basingstoke 23rd Feb 2022 | in Basingstoke, Hampshire | Gumtree #RPDR #DragRaceUK
#Ticketmaster
Bought some theatre tickets via Ticketmaster in good faith but now cannot go. Took the "resale" option to sell them again but they are not visible against the date or venue and event. Even the venue is crying out for returns...
Any explanation at all?
