In DUB on the weekend of a bank holiday and the hotel voucher you provided after being stranded in the DUB airport is useless. The hotel claims no knowledge of the rooms for stranded passengers.
@AerLingus Now hotel 1 is sending people to hotel 2. Maybe Hotel 2 knows something?
