Greg Abbott won't debate.
Now Bo French says he never agreed to debate and won't be participating.
Texas Republicans have completely given up on persuasion. They're just running out the clock and hoping for a polling error.
But this seems like it must be demoralizing for their voters.
Looks like Texas just lost the only debate expected between statewide candidates this year.
