Notice: I'm permanently logging out. Please follow @HYVBoycott for boycott updates.
I'm leaving this account active as a resource/archive, but I will not be back.
I will remain as part of the boycott team and support them, and continue contacting people requesting support, so rest assured I'm not abandoning the cause, just this twt.
FAQs, a thread:
Why aren't you posting updates?
I am not the main boycott account, as I have been clear about from the beginning: I'm the petition owner. For campaign updates please follow @HYVBoycott .
Why haven't you tried X option. HoYo will only listen if you do X.
I've heard all these ideas, discussed them at length with the team, and as we've expressed before, its either the wrong time or there are more benefits to the cause for not doing that thing.

i think it's stupid of people to say "don't hesitate to pull for mualani to show hyv we love tanned characters!!!" when pulling for mualani also means showing hyv that you love a stereotyped "aloha spirit" hawaiian wearing colonization symbols.

Keep boycotting HoYoverse.
Authentic representation isn't something you can neglect for "profitability of characters" in media inspired by real cultures.

We're just getting started.
The boycott isn't going anywhere until we achieve our goals. We will keep escalating until HoYoverse stop whitewashing and provide authentic representation in their games.
