Watching Arsenal at half-time is making me rethink my next moves.
Arsenal’s defensive assets still look more appealing than their attackers. The attack feels blunt, the goals are spread around, and predicting who will haul is becoming a lottery.
I’m seriously considering using both free transfers to move from Saka to Manzambi and Wissa to Isak.
Isak is expensive, but I’m tempted by the idea of backing him as a potential focal point in Iraola’s attack. If he gets the role and service to match, the upside could justify the price.
Two transfers, a different balance. Still thinking it through, but Arsenal’s attacking output isn’t exactly convincing me to hold.

Arsenal are the final piece of my GW7 puzzle.
One last match to see how far my rank can climb this Gameweek.
Can’t say I’m particularly satisfied so far. The points left on my bench weren’t exactly massive, but my starting XI hasn’t delivered much confidence either.
Now it’s down to Arsenal. Let’s see where we finish. 😬
COME ON YOU GUNNERS! 🔴⚪️

Brighton 5-0 Palace. Absolutely ridiculous. 🤯
17 shots. 9 on target. 55% possession. Brighton have been ruthless, scoring five while restricting Palace to just one shot on target.
The FPL dilemma is ownership. Do we triple up while Brighton are flying, or hold off with Liverpool and Man City coming next? #FPLCommunity #fpl

Newcastle assets are turning into the same shit as Fulham assets.
Green fixtures, big expectations, disappointing returns. And now everyone’s chasing City assets against Ipswich, only to get hit by heavy rotation and zero-pointers everywhere.
We keep moving money around, chasing the next green fixture, swapping one disappointment for another.
All that activity just to end up with nothing.
Maybe it’s time to stop buying fixtures and start trusting actual player performance #FPL #FPLCommunity
Brighton look ridiculously good right now.
But with Liverpool and Man City coming up, is it time to triple up, or should we wait until the fixtures turn green again?
Are we buying the players or chasing the results?
Tempting either way 👀 #FPLCommunity #fpl

Aston Villa look like they’re finally finding their rhythm despite losing several key players.
Meanwhile, Manzambi has been quietly putting together some convincing individual performances.
King gets one final audition against Coventry next Gameweek. After that, I might finally make the move to Manzambi.
One last chance, King. Don’t waste it. 👀 #FPL #FPLCommunity
Fulham might be the biggest FPL scam of the season.
García: 3.00 xG, one goal. King: two goals from 1.54 xG, yet just 2.0 form.
Green fixtures. Disappointing returns.
And Newcastle? Another team with green fixtures, yet their assets have hardly justified the hype. They play later this Gameweek, so the verdict is still out.
Stop buying the fixture. Start judging the player.
Individual performance over fixture difficulty.

FPL is shit.
A few minutes ago, recommending João Pedro and Rogers felt like a masterstroke.
Then reality hit.
King delivered nothing. Schade came on, ironically, after Brentford had already been reduced to 10 men.
And just like that, what felt like a brilliant thought process became a complete waste of brainpower.
Football is chaos. FPL just makes you pay for trying to understand it #fpl #FPLCommunity
90’ | PEDRO NETO. THE FPL NIGHTMARE NOBODY ORDERED. 💀
🔵 Everton 0–2 Chelsea 🔵
Pedro Neto has struck twice, and Everton’s resistance is on the brink of collapse.
Not Palmer, João Pedro or Rogers.
The Chelsea assets many FPL managers backed haven’t delivered the kind of returns they were hoping for, while Neto has stolen the show.
For Tarkowski owners, the clean sheet is gone. For Chelsea triple-ups, this isn’t exactly the collective haul they came for either.
Eleven minutes of added time.
Eleven more minutes of suffering.

74’ | A GOALKEEPER CHANGE AFTER A LENGTHY STOPPAGE. 🧤
After what felt like more than 10 minutes of treatment for Emi Martínez, Chelsea are forced into a change between the posts.
Penders comes on for his debut, with the young goalkeeper thrown straight into the action.
A long interruption, a change in goal, and potentially a very different final 15 minutes.
Can Everton make this count?

HT | A PROPER ENGLISH FOOTBALL CHAOS. 💥
What a first half. Intense, physical, relentless.
Yellow cards, heated confrontations, dangerous tackles and enough kick-and-rush football to remind everyone what English football can look like when the gloves come off.
Chelsea had the early possession. Everton eventually fought back. And somewhere in the middle of all this madness, Tarkowski picked up a yellow card and nearly sent my FPL sanity into administration.
45 minutes down. Another 45 to survive.
Football? Absolutely.
Peace of mind? Nowhere to be found. 😭

54’ | EVERTON MAKE THEIR FIRST CHANGE. 🔄
Maitland-Niles makes way for George.
A change that makes tactical sense. Everton’s right flank has been a recurring weakness, with Chelsea repeatedly finding ways to exploit the space out wide.
The goal exposed the problem. Now comes the test: can George help shut that door?
Everton need more than a substitution. They need a defensive reset.

46’ | PEDRO NETO PUNISHES EVERTON. 💥
SECONDS into the second half, and Everton’s resistance is broken.
A penetrating run down the left, a cut-back into the box, and Pedro Neto arrives completely unmarked on the right to finish.
Way too much space. Way too easy.
Everton’s defensive discipline lasted 45 minutes. It took barely one minute for Chelsea to find the breakthrough.
And just like that, the Tarkowski clean-sheet dream is gone. 💔

33’ | TARKOWSKI, KEEP YOUR HEAD. 😭🟨
NOOOO. Tarkowski is booked after getting involved in a confrontation.
A yellow card was not part of the plan, mate. For a split second, my clean-sheet dream turned into a straight-red nightmare.
Cap, please calm down. We need 11 men on that pitch, and we need you on it until the final whistle.
The clean sheet is still alive. But my blood pressure? Absolutely finished. 💀

🚨 LIVE MATCH REPORT || Line-up reveal 📝
🔵 EVERTON vs CHELSEA 🔵
🏆 Premier League | GW7
🏟️ Hill Dickinson Stadium
One clean sheet could change everything.
Everton’s Tarkowski against a Chelsea attack backed by plenty of FPL managers.
For some, it’s three Chelsea attackers and a routine afternoon. For others, it’s 90 minutes of hoping Everton can keep the door shut.
The numbers will tell the story. Let’s see what the pitch has to say
#FPL #EVE #CHE
30’ | TARKOWSKI IS PUTTING IN A SHIFT. 🛡️
Chelsea spent the opening 20 minutes piling on the pressure, but Everton are finally fighting back.
A few dangerous openings at the other end, while Tarkowski continues to put his body on the line at the back.
From surviving the bombardment to finding a way forward.
The clean sheet is still alive. So is my FPL season. 😭
#FPL #EVE CHE
20’ | EVERTON, PLEASE GIVE MY HEART A BREAK. 😭
Chelsea keep piling on the pressure. Wave after wave, Everton are being pushed deeper and deeper.
This is no longer comfortable viewing for anyone backing the Everton defence.
Tarkowski, mate, I need you to survive this bombardment. That clean sheet is worth more than my mental health right now. 💀
#FPL #EVE CHE
15’ | CHELSEA DOMINATE THE BALL. EVERTON HOLD FIRM. 🔵
Chelsea have enjoyed 74% possession so far, patiently probing for a way through Everton’s defensive block.
The ball is theirs. The breakthrough isn’t.
Everton need to stay disciplined. Tarkowski and company still have a clean sheet to protect. 👀
#FPL #EVE CHE
5’ | TARKOWSKI ON DUTY. 🛡️
Chelsea threatened down Everton’s right, with Rogers nearly creating an early opening.
Thankfully, Tarkowski was there to deal with the danger.
A warning sign for Everton. A few DEFCON actions already in the bank for us.
Now, let’s turn that defensive work into a clean sheet. 👀
