Geneviève Castrée approaching my table at @AutopticFest.
I was resting my voice and unable to tell her the massive impact she had on me.
She bought Dumb 1 & 2, I teared up quietly.

We’re celebrating 25 years with 25 days of Rain Taxi history! #RainTaxi25
21/25: Rain Taxi has long championed comics in our magazine & reading series—in 2015, @scottmccloud filled the room; that same year, RT editor Eric Lorberer interviewed Charles Burns live at @AutopticFest!
Be sure to catch the Twin Cities Cartoon Showcase 3/17, 7pm at Boneshaker Books!

For those of you who may not know, when I say "comics show" I mean a comics festival, NOT a con, like @TorontoComics @SPXcomics @MassMICE @shortrunseattle @AutopticFest and so many more. The good ones. The community feelings. I miss them all!

Had a discussion on a panel @AutopticFest where we talked about how many of us that are now in the field made our own comics as kids just as a matter of course. #comics #zines #comicbooks #makingcomics
