Just Siri running the readiness shortcut. Sleep HR was elevated but body finished processing a few hours before waking. HRV is usually the star witness in this type of crime scene.

No. I think SDNN is a better gauge of mental and physical stress. RMSSD is more focussed on physical.

A heads up that the steps algorithm has changed in the series 12. It used to correlate with walking / running distance. It now reads higher.

Their readiness is more of a marketing metric a lot like Garmin body battery. Neither are of much use as they both consider too much but not enough. The individual should take pure readiness (HR/HRV) and use it in context with sleep, recovery, training, training schedule…

Lots of Qs here. Can you use the problem or request option as this will send diagnostics. Just reply to the auto responder and say you are the guy from X and I can help.

We did a lot of comparative testing for HeartWatch and found Apple Watch near identical to polar chest strap. Caveat being that Apple Watch must be worn correctly.

Very simple to resolve. Go into app. Press settings tab. Press problem or request. X is not a support system.
