ALT Are you autistic or think you might be? Whether you have known all your life, are recently diagnosed, on a waiting list or just wondering, you are welcome to take part in our Exploring Being Autistic programme at AutAngel. We have an in-person and online 10-week programme available. Aim of the programme: learn about autism and discover if/how if affects you personally, process emotional response to identification/ diagnosis, consider pros and cons of disclosing identification/diagnosis, develop strategies to enhance strengths and mitigate challenges associated with autism, meet with autistic peers.
