What a time to be alive!
My business partner asked me yesterday. Do we need to pay for this? Like this car seems ridiculous.
I said I can rebuild it; no worries two hours on Claude

Here’s the problem though
“ If everything is possible and AI helps build most things “
What should you actually focus on?
As my partner says if everything is possible what is actually important?
What gets your focus?

Leaky yeses ( so so guilty )
I used a phrase on the podcast that I keep coming back to: leaky yeses.
The things I agreed to that are still taking up space. The conversation that never got finished. The opportunity that keeps needing another push.
I can have plenty of energy and still spend it in the wrong places.
What I’m working on is being clearer about what I’m doing, who I’m doing it with, and what I need to close.
Look at one commitment you keep carrying around.
Does it need a next step, a better agreement, or an honest conversation about ending it?
