Group runs are often challenging – but to many that don’t run - not as difficult as showing up. Your invitation to join one may be all someone needs to start or return to a healthy routine. @AustinRunners #exercise #persistence #running #sales lnkd.in/e2EvXHj

Saturday is our highest threat for strong/severe storms this week. Good news for those running (or walking, like me) @AustinRunners #Daisy5K ... the severe threat will be afternoon/evening. Saturday am looks fine, patchy drizzle chance, low 70s.

Today, I ran my second half marathon and my first #DeckerChallenge. I shaved 21 minutes off of my time (2:16:05) on what is known to be a hellish course (my elevation gain was 876 feet lol).

New 14 minute Half-Marathon PR: 1h39'51". 9th place in age group. Very hilly course and windy day, but that only incentivized me.
I dedicate this PR to my wife, @Coastie2Coder. Also, I owe so much to coach @JasonFitz1.
Half a step closer to Boston. Next up: @austinmarathon.
