Column: it's been a busy last 3 months for yours truly. Now that @KyleSmedley03 is here, though, things will finally start to look different for me from a reader's perspective. Here's me clarifying what I actually do as a "Sports Content Coach" southbendtribune.com/story/s…

Hough: A new era for me, Indiana high school sports coverage is here

It's been a busy three months doing two roles at once, but there is excitement now that there's a new Tribune high school sports reporter on staff.

Big 12 statement: "Following the Big 12’s review of the final play of Saturday’s Notre Dame-BYU game, it was determined that time remained on the clock when the ball hit the ground and the play was incorrectly cleared by the replay officiating crew. The Conference will conduct a complete review of its end-of-game officiating process in advance of next week's games."

Looks like Notre Dame football may have been wronged in two different ways on the last play of its loss to BYU. Was it a flag? And what about that clock situation? southbendtribune.com/story/s…

Notre Dame football may have had 1 second left after final play at BYU

Was there pass interference on the final play of Notre Dame's loss to BYU? And maybe, more importantly — did ND have one second left on the clock?

Forget the BYU pass interference for a second… how did they NOT review an obvious second left on the clock for Notre Dame????

Did I just see Notre Dame get robbed of a pass interference AND a second on the clock on the same play?
