Yeah I don’t exactly buy that Stanford has any interest in taking a guy that couldn’t play road games for academic reasons
Dug McDaniel has received interest from Arizona State, Stanford, Auburn, Iowa State, USC, Cincinnati, NC State, Utah, Oregon and Duquesne, his agent Scott Nichols told @thefieldof68.
McDaniel spent his first two seasons at Michigan, junior campaign at Kansas State and last year at Memphis.
I get guys who have played 4-in-4 so far suing, but Jason Edwards has been in college for 5 years. A 5-in-5 rule passing would not give him eligibility for this upcoming season, because his clock is done.
We’ve officially more than ever lost the plot.
Additional players that have also been granted a temporary injunction, allowing them an additional year of eligibility:
Chendall Weaver (Texas)
Jason Edwards (Providence)
AJ Storr (Ole Miss)
BJ Edwards (SMU)
Dug McDaniels (Memphis), and more
Players have the option to enter the transfer portal, if they haven't done so already.
